How do I integrate documents into Tabs?

Last updated: December 26, 2024

Summary

Tabs brings in documents from other software that impact your relationship with your customers. This can include contracts, order forms, purchase orders, renewal notices, amendments, or any other documentation.

Supported integrations include Salesforce and Hubspot, Docusign and PandaDoc, as well as other services.

Instructions

Salesforce and Hubspot – Talk to your implementation manager or customer success about configuring your CRM. You will need to provision an account in the Sandbox for Tabs and we will use it to configure the integration. After we complete configuration and testing, we will do the same with you in Production.

Docusign – View specific instructions on configuring Docusign to automatically email signed contracts to Tabs.

PandaDoc – View specific instructions on configuring Docusign to automatically email signed contracts to Tabs.

Other clients – You can email any documentation to contract-ingest@tabsplatform.com. Be sure to send the message from the same email attached to your Tabs account so that we can attribute the upload to you.

Requirements

Salesforce and Hubspot – You must be able to provision a developer account in both Salesforce or Hubspot Sandbox and Salesforce or Hubspot Production to connect it to Tabs.

Docusign and PandaDoc – You must be an administrator of your Docusign or PandaDoc instance to configure them correctly. Alternatively, you can individually forward each signed document to Tabs.

Best Practices

Send finalized contracts or closed-won opportunities to Tabs quickly to keep up to date on your customer relationships.

You will be notified in Slack when new documents are received and processed. Reach out via Slack or by email to support@tabsplatform.com if you have sent a document and it has not been processed.
