Setting up Docusign

Summary
Docusign can be easily configured to automatically send Tabs signed documents and trigger the contract for processing. Follow the steps below to set up Docusign with Tabs.
Configure via Templates (Recommended)
Use this method if using Docusign Templates to build and send contracts.
When logged into Docusign, navigate to Templates.
Choose the contract type template that needs to be sent to Tabs
Click “Edit”
Scroll down to the Add Recipients section and click “Add Recipient”
Click on the “Needs to Sign” dropdown and select “Receives a Copy
Add in the following information:
Role: [Company Name] Contract Ingestion
Name: Tabs Contract Ingest
Email: contract-ingest@tabsplatform.com
Once the above information is populated, scroll up to the top of the Add Recipients section and select “Set signing order”. Ensure that the newly added Tabs recipient is last in the order
When complete, click “Save and Close” to exit, or “Next” to continue editing
Now, all documents sent from this template will automatically be sent to Tabs for processing
Configure via Individual Documents
If you do not utilize Templates within Docusign, use the above process starting from Step #4 each time you execute a contract that needs to be sent out to Tabs.
