Upload shows "Processing" status even when processing completes successfully

You may encounter a situation where your upload appears to be stuck in processing or shows a "Failed" status, even though the upload has actually completed successfully and generated the expected results.

What to check

If your upload shows a "Failed" status or appears to be stuck:

  1. Check if your expected results have been generated (such as invoices or processed items)

  2. Verify that the correct number of items have been processed

  3. Look for any items that may still show as "Processing" in the interface

  4. Check for any error validation messages when clicking into the usage CSV row and fix when applicable

When this happens

This is a known display issue where the upload status may incorrectly show as "Processing" even when the processing has completed successfully. The actual upload and processing functionality works correctly - only the status display is affected.

If you confirm that your expected results have been generated correctly, you can proceed with confidence that your upload was successful, regardless of what the status indicator shows.
