When will contracts be processed?

Summary

Contracts go through a variety of automated processes and are then reviewed by a human before becoming visible within Tabs. Though the automated processes happen in seconds, the human review requires trained accountants and thus follows working hours for our teams.

Timing

For Merchants who are live on Tabs, we process most contracts in less than 8 hours M-F.

Merchants who are going through Implementation, please note that your implementation manager will be scheduling contract calibration sessions to ingest your contracts. The SLA period for live merchants does not apply in the Implementation period.
