Contract Agent FAQs
Last updated: February 3, 2026
Is contract calibration required for every merchant?
No. Merchants can use the default extraction logic, but calibration is recommended when default extraction does not produce reliable results or when contract complexity increases.
When should a merchant recalibrate?
Recommended when contract formats, pricing models, or billing structures change in ways that impact extraction accuracy.
Can merchants have multiple active configurations?
No. Merchants can have only one active config at a time in this release.
What types of contracts are out of scope?
Contracts requiring multi-document linkage, complex usage billing, retroactive amendments, or custom field extraction are currently out of scope.
What if accuracy is not acceptable after calibration?
Merchants can adjust their training and test sets and retrigger agent training. If accuracy remains insufficient, workflows may be routed to human interference or custom solutions.
