Contract Ingest Feature Requirements and Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and successful experience using the Ingest feature, please carefully review and adhere to the following requirements.

1. Email Sending Requirements

  • Use a Company Domain:
    Emails must be sent from an official company email domain or that of a legitimate subsidiary.

    • Example: @Tabscompany.com

  • Multiple Domains Supported:
    We can configure multiple company domains to be associated with a single Tabs instance.

  • Consultants, Lawyers, Advisors:
    If your company uses a consultant, lawyer, or external advisor to send emails, we cannot reliably associate their domain with the merchant instance.

    • Manual Upload Required:
      Emails sent from third-party domains must be manually uploaded.

2. Attachment Requirements

  • Must Include a PDF Attachment:
    The email must contain an attached PDF document.

  • Signature Platforms (DocuSign, PandaDoc, etc.):
    When using platforms like DocuSign or PandaDoc, ensure the integration is configured so that once the signature is completed, a PDF copy of the signed document is automatically attached in addition to including the e-signature link.

    • Simply sending a link (DocuSign/PandaDoc) without a PDF attachment will not work.
