What payment methods are shown on an invoice?

Summary / Introduction 

Tabs supports 4 different payment methods on invoices. These payment methods can be setup in the payment methods section of billing settings.

The 4 Payment Methods:

  1. Credit Card (via Stripe)

  2. ACH Debit (Via Stripe) - Merchant bank 'pulls' the fund from customer's bank

  3. ACH Credit - Customer 'pushes' the funds from their bank to the merchant's bank

  4. Check

Things to know

  • Tabs recommends turning on all 4 payments methods to ensure customers are given options and can pay as fast as possible

  • Each payment method can optionally be set so that it only shows on certain invoices based on the invoice value

  • Any payment method that is toggled on will show in Tabs' Customer Portal

  • Tabs currently does not support payments to be adjust on a customer level
