How to Edit Customer Billing Information

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Navigate to Customers: Click into the Customers tab

  2. Select Customer: Click on the customer whose billing settings you want to modify

  3. Access Billing Settings: Click the "More" button in the top right corner of the screen (Red box in screenshot)

  4. Open Billing Settings: Select "Billing Settings" from the dropdown menu (Blue box in screenshot)

  5. Make Changes: Update the payment method or autocharge settings as needed
