Summary

Tabs can connect directly to Quickbooks Online (QBO) and NetSuite and syncs data between each general ledger (GL).

Tabs sends both customer level and invoice level information back to the GL.

Customer Level Information Sent to GL

  1. Customer Name

  2. Billing POC

  3. Address - Billing & Shipping

  4. Customer Fields (optional)

Invoice Level Information Sent to GL

  1. Invoice Number

  2. Dates - Invoice date & due date

  3. Payment Terms - Impacts due date

  4. Line item specifics

    1. Name

    2. Quantity

    3. Service Period

    4. Amount

    5. Integration Item

  5. Payment Information

Things to know

  • If an update is made to Tabs that update will be reflected in the GL immediately

  • If an update is made in GL that change will be reflected in Tabs the next morning upon automatic daily sync
