Why don't I see a Sync button for NetSuite?

Last updated: September 9, 2026

NetSuite merchants no longer have a manual Sync button in Tabs.

Syncing now happens automatically, there is no button to click on the Integrations page or elsewhere in the app.

How syncing works

Tabs pulls updates from NetSuite once a day and pushes new records to NetSuite as they're created in Tabs.

Pulled from NetSuite (daily):

  1. Customers

  2. Items

  3. Invoices

  4. Credit Memos

  5. Payments

Pushed to NetSuite (as created in Tabs):

  1. Customers

  2. Sales Orders (if enabled)

  3. Invoices

  4. Credit Memos

  5. Payments

Why was the Sync button removed?

Tabs rebuilt the NetSuite sync workflow to make it more reliable, with fewer timeouts and clearer error handling. As part of that update, the manual sync trigger was removed for all NetSuite merchants.

This is expected behavior and not specific to any one account.

What if something looks out of sync?

  1. Give it until the next overnight sync, most discrepancies resolve automatically.

  2. If a record still doesn't match after the next sync, contact Tabs support with the record in question.
