Summary

The Renewal Report provides a detailed summary of each customer's contract renewals, including renewal types, notification periods, values, and maximum renewals allowed. Users can change all renewal terms with a full audit log to track adjustments. View customer renewals within the past 90 days, 120 days, 6 months (182 days), 12 months (365 days), or all time.

Renewal types

• Automatic: the contract will be renewed unless it is canceled before the notice date.

• Mutual: both parties agree to renewal prior to the notice date.

• Unilateral: the customer has the right to exercise renewal prior to the notice date.

• None: no renewal clause was found in the contract.

Estimated value

Calculated by averaging the value of the current contract projected through the renewal period plus any contractual price adjustment.
